This is not a job listing. Liftmary Mold Help does not hire employees for field work. We are a referral service, and we are looking for independent providers who want homeowner calls in the San Diego area.

You keep running your own business. You set your prices, your schedule and your methods. We help connect you with homeowners who need what you offer.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Mold inspection and testing
• Mold remediation
• Black mold removal
• Residential cleanup after moisture problems

Solo operators and small crews are both welcome. Experience with stucco homes, slab foundations, older bungalows and mid-century tract houses is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their house. We ask every provider in our network to:

• Hold the licenses, permits and insurance your area requires
• Give homeowners clear, written quotes
• Explain findings in plain language
• Make no promises about insurance outcomes
• Be honest about availability and timing
• Treat homes and families with respect

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or use scare tactics.
